Terms of a Walk-In Visit

These terms describe the counter at 7257 Melrose Ave Suite A, Los Angeles, CA 90046. Hours are Open Daily 8 AM – 10 PM. No appointment is required. The shop is a buyer, not a pawn shop, and it does not mail a check or come to your home.
The offer
An appraisal is free. You do not have to sell. The cash offer follows the live gold price, the karat or purity, and the weight. It is not a published dollar-per-gram rate, and it is not a promise to pay the full spot price. You can watch the test and the scale, then accept or decline.
If you accept, payment is cash at the counter the same day. A government photo ID is requested when you sell.
What the price does not include
Stones and diamonds can stay in the piece. They do not automatically raise a scrap-gold offer. Gold-plated, gold-filled, and vermeil items are tested and are not priced as solid karat gold.
